Refund policy

All returns are eligible for store credit ONLY. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Merchandise returned must be postmarked within 30 days after delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin return, please send a NEW EMAIL to rooted.and.sewn2022@gmail.com with "Return Request" in subject field. Include: Name, Order #, and Item(s) returning.  Once your email is reviewed and approved, a returns slip will be e-mailed to you with instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Please include your packing slip with your return package. All sale items are final and are not eligible for return.

Once your return is received, store credit will be emailed within 3-5 business days. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Any items returned with odors, pet hair, cosmetic or deodorant stains, will not be eligible for store credit and returned to sender at the customer's expense.

Damages and Issues 

We do our best to inspect items and catch any damaged pieces.  But in the event we missed something and you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.  Once we have received your items, we will process your store credit, plus the amount of shipping originally paid.

We are not responsible for any items lost in transit.  

 

Exchanges 

We are unable to process exchanges at this time.  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Inventory is limited, so please contact us immediately.
